Family Crew Night – THIS Thursday Night, May 24th

Our bi-annual Family Crew Night will be THIS Thursday, May 24th from 6:30-8:00pm. The entire community is encouraged to come and eat dessert as well as celebrate the accomplishments of the second half of the year. Student work and talents will be on display throughout the night.  The event will be preceded by a New Student Orientation for our incoming 9th graders at 5:30pm. Students: Please bring a favorite dessert from your family's traditions or heritage for the dessert potluck. Dessert potluck starts at 6:30. The formal program will start at 6:45.

Spanish 2 students will be reading their stories with immersion students at Lyseth this week. Spanish 4/5 students will be interviewing native speakers at PHS.

Congratulation to the 41 student diplomats who attended last week's Model UN conference, making the Casco Bay team the largest in attendance. Special kudos to Isaac Tabb and Tiana Urey, who were recognized for their outstanding work, as well as Imti Hassan, named distinguished delegate on the UNICEF committee. There will be a final Model UN meeting today in China.

Three of the five all-state orchestra members are CBHS students. Congrats to Ella F, Francesca and Annie D!

Help Wanted:
 Hello plant lovers!
The vibrant plant sale is coming right up!  We need plants, lot of plants and also volunteers.  I am happy to come get your plants, and also dig up your plants if you don't have time yourself.  I love doing it, so don't hesitate to ask!  I have more time this week, late afternoons, if you would like me to come by.
We will need people throughout the sale time, some to set up and some to clean up.  Please let me know if you would like to be in the first half or the second half of the day, or if you're flexible as to time!  If you have the ability, would you print out a couple signs (attached) and put them up in likely venues, thanks!
