Headline News
Spring sports begin today!

We have created a new attendance email for CBHS: cbhsattendance@portlandschools.org.  (This link has been corrected since yesterday.) Please use this e-mail to notify us of any excused absence.

The Math Cup is this Wednesday 6-8pm. Thanks Jen Tabb and everyone else who are working to make this all-school fundraiser our best yet. Money raised helps support CBHS expeditions, intensives and teacher grants for all students. We are a bit short on lasagna and bread as well as volunteers for the day of the event. Please click the link here to sign up!
Project Grad Comedy Night is this Friday at CBHS.

Parent Help Wanted
1)We are looking for 1 or 2 more chaperones for this year's Junior Journey (April 6th-12th to the Katahdin Region!). We know this is a major time commitment, but past chaperones have really enjoyed the experience  - and, of course, it's a terrific cohort of kids!  If you are able to come for half of the week or the whole thing or would just like some more information, please contact Scott Shibles or Heather Giese; both are cc'd here. Also if there are other teen-friendly, responsible 21+ adults in your circle for whom you think there might be some interest in this gig, please forward on this e-mail.

2) SAT Breakfast.
To help our students bring their very best to the upcoming SAT tests (and help make the experience a little less painful), we are looking to host a healthy breakfast on Tuesday. April 23rd from 7:30-8:00a.

We are seeking donations of breakfast foods (bagels, fruit) for approximately 125 students, any size donation is welcome. Sign up here (CBHS- Junior SAT Breakfast sign-up 2019)

We are also looking for volunteers to set up, help with food distribution, and pick up.
Please let me know ASAP if you are willing to participate in either of the two (or both!). Please also spread the word to other CBHSparents & relatives.

You may contact Sarah Compton with any questions at compton207@gmail.com
