From Junior Naomi Zarin: On this Friday, December 6th (11:30am-1pm),  a "lie-in" will take place at Portland City Hall. We ask you to call on our state legislature and Governor Janet Mills to declare a formal climate emergency. Let's show our government that we only have 10 years to avert the worst effects of climate change! We will be lying down at city hall in mourning for the planet, and to show the consequences of ignoring this emergency. There will be speakers in the first part of the event. See Naomi and Yusur FMI.

 Crew - Senior Expedition Kick-Off

The 14th Annual JA Titan Challenge will take place on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020 from 8:15am-2:15pm (snow date March 4th) at six locations across the state. Sponsored by KeyBank, the day-long online business strategy competition is designed for high school students to learn business trends through teamwork and mentorship. Teams of three students work with a mentor from the business community to manage a virtual company in a competitive marketplace. If you would like to form a team, see Mr. Pierce.
