Thanks to everyone who helped us exceed our fundraising goals for both the Junior Journey “Dinner and a Movie” and the Donors Choose grant. Wow!
Cougar kudos to Liam Swift for being one of only two students in the state of Maine to win a national medal in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards writing category. He won a Silver Medal for his novel, The Sky At 5 am.
March Mathness is here!.... This Thursday night's Math Cup (6:30-9:00pm) will feature more teams than ever. Thanks to Jen Tabb and Vic Serio for all of their work recruiting teams. Our next PAG meeting (4/4 - 5:30-7pm) will focus on CBHS-parent communications, as well as a budget update, teacher appreciations, the Spring Plant sale and senior scholarships. All are welcome
Senior Parents: Financial Aid guru Bill Smith will be hosting a meeting right after PAG - from 7 to 8pm - to help parents make sense of financial aid award letters.
Sophomores will be having a “walls down day” this Friday and next Monday in preparation for their culmination next Wednesday night (6 to 7:30). Parents and the whole community are invited to attend.
Junior Parents: We are seeking donations of healthy breakfast foods to help our juniors do their best on the SATs next Wednesday, April 5th. We could also use a few volunteers to help with breakfast set up, distribution and clean up any time between 7:20-8:20.
Please contact senior parent Brenda Brush (email@example.com) if you would like to participate in the Hannaford gift card fundraiser. We have earned $2620 so far this year and are in our final months of fundraising for Project Graduation. Every little bit helps. Thank you!
You can also support Project Grad at “Gelato Fiasco” night next Monday, April 3rd. We need 50 folks to arrive with the attached flyer to earn our money.

If you signed up for the CBHS spring play but did not go to the meeting last Thursday, you must please see Ms. Driscoll during TST today in the Great Space (Monday) to confirm your participation. First rehearsal is right after school today. Scenes and parts will be assigned then.
We have five free spots at the New England Celebration of Women in Computing conference this Friday and Saturday thanks to Ms. Dennis. See Mr. Hale by the end of the day today to secure a spot. There is also a free coding workshop for any interested student from 10-11:45 on Saturday. See Mr. Hale to sign up.
Crew Advisors: The deadline for crew pages is Thursday April 6th. Senior Crews get a two page spread and everyone else gets one page. See Mr. Nichols FMI.
Mathletes: Stay hydrated; the Math Cup is this Thursday night from 7 to 9pm. We need some student volunteers to help between 6:00pm and 9:15. Let your math teacher know if you can help out. Submit any Paiku to Ms. Natarajan for this year’s contest. Winners read and announced at School Meeting.
Thank you to all for supporting Literary Magazine! Please submit your pieces of writing to Ms. Appelbaum. We will again be selling treats Thursday during Acad. in the 2nd floor hallway.
